Wenn dieser Blogpost live geht, bin ich gerade auf dem Weg zu einer Freundin aus Unizeiten. Wir haben uns schon über ein Jahr nicht mehr gesehen. Ich wollte ihr gern etwas Leckeres mitbringen und außerdem hatte ich seit längerem Appetit auf Müsli. Also dachte ich zwei Fliegen mit einer Klappe. Ich habe kein spezifisches Rezept befolgt, sondern zusammen gerührt was gerade da war. Und weil ich gerade einmal dabei war habe ich ihr auch gleich noch ein paar Kekse gebacken…natürlich nicht ganz eigennützig, denn es fallen natürlich auch welche für mich ab.

When this post goes live I’m on my way to a college friend. We haven’t seen each other in over a year. I wanted to bring her something tasty and I’ve also been craving muesli for quiet some time. So why not kill two birds with one stone. I did not follow any specific recipe, I just used what was around the house… And since I’ve already did that why not make some cookies while at it…of course I left some for myself.

Recipe

What you’ll need

  • 1 cup chopped almonds
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1 cup coconut flakes or shredded coconut
  • 1/2 cup gluten free oats
  • 1/2 cup sunnflower seeds
  • 2 Tbsp melted coconut oil
  • 2 Tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 Tbsp cinnamon
  • 2 Tbsp caco

What you wann do
1. Mix all dry ingredients
2. Mix dry and wet ingredients
3. Spread mixture on lined baking sheet
4. Really important! Lick spoon clean, with wich you spread out the mix ;-)
5. Back on 125°C/255°F for 30 minutes
