Bliss Balls | Raw vegan Bliss Balls | Raw vegan Bliss Balls | Raw vegan Bliss Balls | Raw vegan

Was du benötigst

  • 1/2 Tassen geraspelte, getrocknete Kokosnussflocken

Was du tun musst

  1. Häcksel alle Zutaten in deiner Küchenmachine so klein, bis kleine Krümel entstehen.

It’s Monday my loves, so get your healthy snacks on.

If you’re well prepared you won’t get into that situation, where you consider buying that sugar packed chocolate bar. Always try to prepare your healthy snacks and treats at the beginning of each week (a tip I got from my dear Ange) and keep it in your purse and your desk at work, trust me your co-workers will love them also ;)

You don’t even need a culinary certificate to make these adorable sweet pralinés, everything you’ll need is three things which you’ll also get at your local grocery store.

Your brain and body will thank you for these healthy fats and natural sugar.

3 ingredient Bliss Balls or Energy Balls

Makes about 15-25 Bliss Balls (depends on how small or big you roll them)

What you’ll need

  • 300 g or 2 cups of almonds
  • 300 g or 2 cups of dates (I use Deglet Nour)
  • 1/2 cup of desiccated coconut

What you wanna do

  1. In your food processor puls together the dates and almonds, until you reach a crumbly texture.
  2. Roll this mix into small, bite sized balls and roll these balls in the desiccated coconut.
  3. Store in air tight container – these will keep for very long, as all the ingredients are already dehydrated.

Here is also another take on the Bliss Balls.

I love to prepare my sweet snack for the week on the weekends. That keeps me from getting cranky when my appetite kicks in. Note: Every single afternoon ;-)
This time I thought something less chocolaty does the job as well. And instead of using peanut butter I worked with tahini (seasame paste). A really good alternative – if you don’t use rancid tahini as I did.

Recipe

What you’ll need

  • 1 cup amonds
  • 1 cup dates
  • 1/2 cup Tahini
  • 1 vanilla bean

What you wanna do
1. In a blender, blend all the ingredients really well until you reach a crumbly texture.
2. With a teaspoon scoop the mixture into a silikon praliné form and with your fingers push the crumbles really tight in the form.
3. Chill the Pralinés in the fridge for a couple of hours so they can set.

Tip 1: Served best with some slivered raw cacao nibs on top.
Tip 2: Instead of the pralinés you can also make “cookies”, just add the cacao nibs to the blender as well and then shape ’em into cookie forms.

Thank you so much for reading and tell me how you like ’em if you get a chance to try.
