Was steckt eigentlich hinter LeBoer? Ich hoffe ihr habt etwas Zeit mitgebracht. Brüht euch eine Tasse Tee auf und lehnt euch zurück.
Als ich mit meinem Freund Micha in 2008 zusammengekommen bin, war einer der ersten Filme den wir uns gemeinsam angeschaut haben Walt Disney’s “Bären Brüder”. Im Film sagt ein Elch zur Hauptfigur – dem Bären Kenai  – nicht Bär sondern Bör. Unsere Spitznamen wurden geboren! Micha = Bör, ich = Börin.
Von da an beginnt die ganze “Bören-Geschichte” …Wir haben uns gegenseitig kleine Briefe mit den Spitznamen geschrieben, “Bör”-Schlüsselanhänger geschenkt, bis ich Micha eines Tages ein Poloshirt, mit selbst designtem Muster besticken ließ. Er war so begeistert, dass wir beschlossen darauß “mehr” zu machen. Schließlich wurde aus dem nationalen “ö” in Bör ein internationales “oe” und zum Schluss noch ein “Le” zu Beginn, einfach so. Und so war LeBoer geboren, quasi unser Baby.
…Puh…ok doch nicht so lang wie ich gedacht habe…
Seitdem, stehen alle meine kreative Auswüchse unter dem Namen LeBoer.
Eben aus und mit Liebe gemacht.

So what exactly does LeBoer stand for? I hope you’ve brought some time with you? Brew yourselfe a fine cup of tea and lean back.
When I started dating my boyfriend Micha in 2008, one of the first movies we saw together was Walt Disney’s “Brother Bear”. In this movie an elk says to the main character – a bear called Kenai – not bear but boer [at least that what he says in the german version]. Our nicknames were born. Micha = Bör, me = Börin. From there the “Bören-Story” kicks of…We wrote each other little letters with the nicknames, gifted each other “Bör” keychains, until I designed Micha a polo shirt with a bear as a logo. He’s been over the top excited about that, that we decided to make “something” out of it. At the end the national “ö” was replaced by the more internationale “oe” and we put a “Le” up front, just because. Our baby “LeBoer” was born.
…Phew…not as a long story as I thought it might be…
Since then every creativ thing that comes out of me is in the name of LeBoer.
