Brownies ohne weißes Mehl, ohne weißen Zucker dafür mit vielen Nüssen, viel Schokolade und Erdnussbutter…Muss ich irgendwie noch mehr sagen?

Sie sind sooo schokoladig und die Erdnussbutter oben drauf verleiht ihnen noch den letzten Kick!

Absolut nachmachungswürdig ;) Wer sie direkt nach dem backen auf isst, dem sei definitiv verziehen!

Brownies whithout white flour, without refined sugar but with loads of nuts, a ton of chocolate AND peanut butter … Do I need to say more?

They’re suuuper chocolaty and the peanut butter just gives them this last final kick!

Absolut worthy of recreating ;) And if you eat them all right after you took them out of the oven, you’ll be forgiven!

Recipe (yields a 20×23 cm | 8×9” pan)

What you’ll need

• 2 cups almond flower (Make your own by blending regular almonds in your blender)
• 2 cups hazelnut flower (Make your own by blending regular almonds in your blender)
• 2 Tbsp chia seeds thickend in 1/2 cup of water (that’s our egg substitute)
• 2 Tbsp cacao
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 1 cup of water (you might need a little more, just see how your dough comes together)
• 1/4 cup maple syrup
• Peanut butter to drizzle on top

What you wanna do

1. At first add the chia seeds to 1/2 cup of water and let that thicken for at least 10 minutes – set aside
2. Mix all the dry ingredients and the maple syrup together
3. Than add the thickend chia seeds and the cup of water, you might need to add some more water, if the dough is still a little to thick
4. Place the dough into a baking pan, lined with baking paper and drizzle peanut butter on top (as much as you like)
5. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes at 180°C/356°F, than take it out and let cool down for about half an hour than cut into pieces
